The hotel had beautiful room decorations with flowers and welcome back cards, but there was a lingering bad smell that made it somewhat uncomfortable, especially for non-smokers. The noise was a downside, and booking amenities to the room was limited only to those with credit cards.

The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to Kuta beach and close to various attractions. The rooms were well-equipped, offering perfect views from the balcony, but had issues with the room temperature being uncomfortably cold. The service was exceptional, especially Arya, the lobby manager, who was always attentive and went out of his way to assist in various aspects of the stay. The dining experience offered a variety of options but fell short in taste. Overall, the hotel provides a great value for money with its facilities and location.

I checked in next to the pool which was a nice start. The room was clean and had a good temperature, despite some initial issues with the view which got resolved after I complained. The hotel is in a great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it's adjacent to Kuta Beach for easy access to sunbeds. The service was exceptional with the friendliest staff, and the dining options were satisfactory, even if a bit inconsistent. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value.
